Parking Rules

Parking is limited to the two assigned spaces per property. Any vehicle left in the parking area with expired tags, without tags, or improperly displayed tags; vehicles in a state of disrepair; or abandoned vehicles shall be towed at the owner's sole risk and expense.

• Parking is restricted to passenger vehicles only. Parking of boats, trailers, taxicabs, buses or commercial vehicles is prohibited.

• The repair of any vehicle in any parking area is strictly prohibited. Homeowners will be charged for any and all damages that occur as a result of doing such work.

Parking at Great Oak Square is reserved for homeowners. Each residence has two reserved spaces and are marked with numbers and a "reserved" designation. Any resident may contact Dominion Towing (703) 339-2400 to report the following violations: (If the car is moved prior to being towed after the call please give Dominion a courtesy call back.)

• any vehicle parked in a fire lane

• vehicles double-parked horizontally behind vehicles legally parked in authorized spaces
